Our virtual design service offers a seamless and accessible way to achieve a considered, personal, and refined aesthetic within your home. Tailored to suit both your schedule and your design ambitions. Delivered entirely online, the service provides expert guidance along with all the essential tools needed to thoughtfully transform your space at a pace that works for you.

From one room to a whole house, we’ll work closely with you to create a considered, tailored scheme. From layouts and finishes to furniture, lighting and styling.

You take care of implementation; we provide the design, sourcing and support to make it feel simple and achievable.

At this stage a design fee and programme will be proposed

Consultation Call

30 minute detailed conversation that will help us gain a deeper understanding of how you envision your space working for you. How it will be used day to day, any changes you have in mind, and the overall feel you’d like to create. It’s also an opportunity to discuss your budget, preferences, and any specific requirements, including who will be using the space, so the design can be tailored thoughtfully to your lifestyle.

The Design

Your tailored design, layouts, moodboards, sourcing and finishes are thoughtfully created.

Revision

Your tailored design package will be sent to you.

You’ll review the design and let us know anything you’d like to tweak, change or reconsider.

Final Design

Once your feedback has been implemented the complete design package will be sent to you.

Install

You implement all the exciting new designs!

Site Coordination can commence at this stage as an add on service if required.

Our Virtual Design Packages

01 Core Finishes

Often the starting point for most projects, you will be provided a colour scheme, lighting options and hard materials to work harmoniously with your home, and according to your design preferences.

Essentially, this package covers all visible fixed elements within a room. If you were to lift the room up, turn it around and give it a shake, everything that remained in the same position would be included within this package.

Includes:

- Look, Mood & Feel Moodboard

- Flooring selection

- Wall finishes, including panelling, mouldings etc..

- Paint selection

- Ironmongery selection

- Fixed lighting

- Electrical faceplates

- Skirting, Architraves & Cornices (if applicable)

- Fittings such as sanitaryware

- x1 Round of design revisions

What you receive:

- Look, Mood & Feel Imagery

- 1 x Design Selection Page

- 1 x Finishes & Decorative Lighting plan

- 1 x Clickable Shopping List

02 Furniture, Styling & Accessories

When you have all the core finishes (i.e. flooring, wall finishes, fixed lighting etc..) agreed or completed and are ready for the final touches, this package pulls together all things functional and aesthetic. You will be provided with all the furnishing items needed to achieve your desired look, including how to layer them and where to place them.

Essentially, this package covers all of the movable elements within a room, from furniture and lighting to soft furnishings and accessories. If you were to lift the room up, turn it around and give it a shake, everything that moved would be included within this package.

- Floor plan including furniture layout

- Key furniture selection

- Soft furnishings, including throws, cushions, bed linen, rugs etc..

- Window treatments

03 The Complete Package

This curated design package is a combination of both the Core & FF&E packages, providing a total room refurb, translating your vision into a cohesive plan that is straightforward for both you and your contractor to implement.

Includes:

- Look, Mood & Feel Moodboard

- Floor plan including furniture layout

- Key furniture selection

- Soft furnishings, including throws, cushions, bed linen, rugs etc..

- Window treatments

- Accessory and styling

- Flooring selection

- Wall finishes, including panelling, etc..

- Paint selections

- Ironmongery

- Decorative & fixed lighting

- Electrical faceplates

- Skirting, Architraves & Cornices (if applicable)

- Fittings such as sanitaryware

- x1 Round of design revisions

What you receive:

- 1 x Floor Plan

- 1 x Finishes and Lighting Plan

- 1 x 2D Rendered Elevation (if applicable)

Additional Services

Site Coordination

This service is available as an add-on to any of our design packages. Once your chosen design package has been completed and you begin implementing the designs. Whether you are managing the work yourself or working with a builder, we can provide ongoing support to help answer any questions that arise during the process.

Support can be provided via WhatsApp, video calls, or telephone, allowing us to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand that questions can often arise unexpectedly during a project, and some decisions may require prompt guidance to keep everything moving smoothly.

This service is charged at an hourly rate, allowing you to access support as and when you need it throughout the implementation stage.
