Our Full Design Service
Comprehensive design support from initial concept through to project completion.
We remain involved throughout every stage of the process, ensuring continuity, consistency and close attention to the original design vision.
House Twenty Nine will act as the central point of coordination throughout your project, liaising closely with all relevant consultants and contractors. This ensures that the interior design is carefully developed, coordinated and safeguarded at every stage, from the initial briefing through to final completion.
Our involvement throughout the full project lifecycle provides a seamless and consistent approach, helping to ensure that the finished project reflects your original design vision, while meeting the required technical, practical and project-specific requirements.
Our Full Design service can focus solely on the interior design, or can also include FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment). Depending on your project and its requirements, the service can be tailored to suit you, ensuring the right level of support and involvement from start to finish.

The Proposal
A tailored outline of the design approach, scope of works, timeline and fee proposal.

The Brief
The briefing is an indepth converstation that will cover all your requirements, design vision, how you live day to day, what you love and aspirations you have for your home.

The Concept
Transforming all the information gathered from the briefing into initial design concepts.
This includes, Floor Plans, Look, Mood & Feel imagery and Core Finishes.

Design Development
Building on the concept design, including key rendered elevations, refined floor plans, joinery designs and detailing.
Liaise with architect & consultants/ contractors to propose a coordinated design. Architectural information to be fixed at the start of this stage in order to proceed with Design Development.

Technical
Once the Design Development presentation has been approved, we will produce a full interior design drawing package ready for costing by contractors.

Site Coordination
We will be involved during the construction phase to help maintain standards, resolve issues swiftly and safeguards the approved designs.
Providing ongoing support through until completion.
